Feel The Rhythms of The Earth

Music and dance are models for how ideas and culture can become the heritage of future generations. The World Music and Dance Festival, Hakodate (WMDF) explores the pathways of the future through a living recreation of cultural traditions in the present.

The Festival is supported by an organizing committe comprising staff from all walks of life in Hakodate city, and especially by the members of "Hinokiya", a traveling band formed in Hakodate. Production support by Hitococochi, Inc.
