Performers in boats? We are happy to announce a new event for summer! We couldn’t let the town’s creativity and imagination go without a platform for so long… We heard from so many of our arts world friends that they would avoid a “geijutsu-sai”-free summer by holding their own small parties, that we knew we had to do something ourselves.
