2022, WMDF 015 2nd artist announce

Atalyja

Lithuanian folk-rock band Atalyja will join the lineup for WMDF 015. Formed in the autumn of 1998, Atalyja (“The rain is coming”) have a core repertoire of sutartinės (polyphonic archaic songs – glees), which are ingeniously combined with an eclectic mix traditional and modern instruments. Their visit to Japan is supported by the Lithuanian Council for Culture. Thanks so much.
