Indi Power Multicultural Education Studio, Taiwan

Tradition and creativity from Taiwan’s aboriginal heart

Founded in November 2007, this group aims to preserve and promote Taiwanese indigenous culture. Comprised of passionate young indigenous members, they not only perform but also organize music and dance events, contributing to local schools and community centers. By drawing deeply from the wisdom of their elders and honoring traditional artistry, they seek to enhance the cultural identity and global appreciation of Taiwan’s indigenous heritage. Their performances blend authentic traditional dance and music with creative originality, providing a captivating showcase of Taiwan’s rich cultural legacy.

Danzas tradicionales de México!

Amazing visuals with a mood-busting Mariachi accompaniment. This young group formed in 2016, but are on the move. Building on a base of over 60 community performances every year, they also love to travel and experience others’ cultures as well as hosting overseas artists in return. The energy they bring to every performance has already led to them being invited to perform in Beijing, Paris, Barcelona, and more.

In Mexico, every state has its own style of dancing, and the group mixes and matches from its large repertoire to show the beauty of Mexican culture at its best for each stage, for each audience, and in each surroundings. Expect the enjoyment to overflow and for those in the front rows to sometimes be drawn into the “big family” of the dance spectacle itself.

We hope that the group’s visit to WMDF can be a big step towards adding Tokyo to their goal of performing at all the Disney Parks in the world…
