After the rush of the festival ramp-up, we knew Day 3 would have a calmer feel. The rain came along, but nobody seemed to mind….

Serbia went to perform for the Mayor plus an assorted throng of City Hall workers lining the balconies, and WMDF groups spread the magic around Motomachi Park.

The camera-people are the only ones who seem happy when it rains at our event: judge for yourselves these evening squall special effects.
